• Accomodation: 6 nights at our beautiful riverside lodge and 2 nights in the city to land softly and wrap up our journey. You can choose between a shared or a private single room.
• Nourishing meals: Every day, we’ll provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner, inspired by the rich and diverse flavors of Surinamese cuisine.
• Yoga & Pilates: Six Yin Yoga and Six Mat Pilates sessions to help you move, connect with your body, and find your center.
• The Journey: We’ll travel together from Paramaribo to the lodge by boat and car (and back again at the end).
• Discovery: A guided walk with local experts who know the secrets of the jungle, a dolphin-spotting boat tour on the Suriname River, and a historical tour through the heart of Paramaribo.
• The little extras: A traditional cooking workshop, a handcrafted Guidebook to help you reflect, and a sustainable water bottle waiting for you upon arrival.
• Digital detox: If you’d like to try a “Digital Detox,” I’ll provide a printed version of our schedule so you can tuck your phone away and truly be present

What you’ll need to arrange yourself:

• International Travel: Your flights and ride to and from Paramaribo city (PBM).
• Personal insurance: Travel and cancellation insurance is mandatory.
• Personal Extras: Things like extra snacks, cold drinks from the bar, small souvenirs from local communities or other guided tours. 
• Vaccinations: make sure to check your vaccinations passport to see if you have the recommended vaccinations for Suriname.
